By accessing and using Hispanyland’s services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional policies or regulations that apply to the use of our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
  2. Description of Services

Hispanyland offers online Spanish conversational practice modules, providing personalized lessons with native-speaking teachers. The service also includes educational materials and cultural immersion activities for students worldwide.
  3. Code of Conduct

Interactions between parties must always be respectful and cordial. Any aggressive, insulting, or derogatory behavior towards Hispanyland’s teachers or staff may result in the immediate cancellation of the conversational practice module and/or termination of the service contract without refund. We are committed to maintaining a safe and positive environment for all participants.
  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

    • Cancellation of Conversational Practice Modules: Students may cancel a module without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
    • Rescheduling of Conversational Practice Modules: Students may reschedule up to 12 hours before the scheduled session without any additional charge.
    • No-Show: If a student fails to attend the session without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the conversational practice will be forfeited, and 100% of the session’s cost will be charged.
    • Technical Interruptions from Hispanyland:In the event of an unexpected class interruption caused by technical issues such as power outages or internet failures beyond our control—even with the use of backup systems like uninterruptible power supplies (UPS)—Hispanyland will reschedule the remaining time of the affected session at no additional cost to the student. Although these situations are rare, they may occur and will be addressed fairly and transparently.
    • Technical Interruptions from the Student: If a student experiences a technical issue that prevents them from attending or completing a session—such as a power outage or internet failure—they must notify Hispanyland as soon as possible. The possibility of rescheduling the missed portion of the session will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While we are committed to supporting students in exceptional circumstances, repeated technical issues without timely notice may result in the loss of the session.
  5. Payment and Billing

    • Payment for conversational practice modules is made in advance. Prices and session packages will be provided to interested individuals during the initial video call.
